An Italian mobile pop-up pizza caterer for every occasion, based in Northern Ireland.
We bring the ovens, the dough and the whole set-up to you. Slow-proved bases, San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, and toppings we'd happily eat ourselves — served hot from the fire, minutes after they go in.
Big garden parties, small back-yard gatherings, weddings, work do's, markets and christenings. If there's room for a gazebo, we can feed your crowd.
